Manage Team

LOOKING TO MANAGE YOUR PROFILE, P2B REGISTRATION, & TEAM PAGE:

The following will provide step by step instructions on how to Manage your Profile, P2B Runner Registration, and Team Page Run Signup. All P2B Event Registration and Team Management is accessed on Run Signup.

 

EDIT PROFILE (PHONE #, ADDRESS, EMAIL, ETC.):

  1. Sign into Run Signup: https://runsignup.com
  2. From the top right click on the Run Signup Runner Icon drop down arrow and select “Profile”
  3. Click on the "Edit Icon" in the upper right corner of your “Profile”
  4. Edit your Profile Information (Phone #, Address, Email, Etc.) and "SAVE"
 
 

MANAGE REGISTRATION, GIVEAWAYS, & CUSTOM QUESTIONS:

  1. Sign into Run Signup: https://runsignup.com
  2. From the top right click on the Run Signup Runner Icon drop down arrow and select “Profile”
  3. In your “Profile” you will see all your Upcoming Events
  4. Click on “Manage Registration” next to the Peak to Brew Relay Event
  5. Under “Manage Registration” you can access the following:
 
TEAM PACE:
  • Select "QUESTIONS" from the 'Manage Registration' Side Menu
  • Select the 'TEAM PACE' Question and update using the Team Pace Calculated from the Team Pace Calculator:

NOTE: This is only accessible to the Runner who Registered the Team (Typically the Team Captain)

T-SHIRT SIZE:
  • Select "GIVEAWAY" from the 'Manage Registration' Side Menu
  • Update your T-Shirt Size accordingly
UPDATE EMERGENCY CONTACT & PHONE #'S
  • Manage from the "QUESTIONS" section on the 'Manage Registration' Side Menu
  • Select "EMERGENCY CONTACT" & "EMERGENCY CONTACT PHONE #" Questions and Update Information
 

TEAM MANAGEMENT:

  1. Sign into Run Signup: https://runsignup.com
    NOTE: Only Team Captain/Admin can update Team information on Run Signup
  2. Access your ‘TEAM PAGE’ on Run Signup by selecting “RELAY TEAM” on the side menu bar under the Peak to Brew Relay Run Signup Page.

  3. Select your Team Name from the list of “RELAY TEAMS”
  4. From your ‘TEAM PAGE’ you can manage the following:

A: JOIN RELAY TEAM:

Select the “JOIN RELAY TEAM” under ‘Join & Share’ and enter your Team Password (created by Team Captain/Admin) to Register as a Runner on your Team

B: UPDATE TEAM INFO:

NOTE: Can only be done by Team Admin(s) in Run Signup
  • Select “UPDATE” under ‘Group Details’ to update:
    • Team Name
    • Team Password
    • Team Gender

C: ADD TEAM ADMIN:

NOTE: Can only be done by Team Admin(s) in Run Signup
  • Select “ADD ADMINISTRATOR” under ‘Race Group Administrators’ to add additional Team Admins to manage Team Page on Run Signup

D: REMOVE TEAM ADMIN:

NOTE: Can only be done by Team Admin(s) in Run Signup
  • Under ‘Race Group Administrators’ select the “X” to the right of the Team Admin you wish to remove

E: REMOVE RUNNERS FROM TEAM:

NOTE: Can only be done by Team Admin(s) in Run Signup
  • Under the ‘Group Members’ select the “X” to the right of the Runner you wish to remove from the Team
